SRAM GXP BB86 Ceramic Bottom Bracket

SRAM is big on offering the consumer options. Here, with the PressFit bottom bracket, they're giving you a second choice -- Ceramic bearings. We'll let you decide how big a deal this is for you. The bearings here are comprised of two sets of ceramic bearings, each in a nylon cup with a lip. You press each set into a side of a BB86(road) bottom bracket shell. Then, you take any SRAM 24mm through-axle crankset and boom(!) you just got your non-standard bottom bracket to work with a whole bunch of Truvativ cranksets. The SRAM GXP Road PressFit bottom bracket with ceramic bearings works with pressfit specific bikes only, like the Scott Addict R1 and CR1 SL.
