Pinarello Grevil Rival1 700c Gravel Bike

The Pinarello Grevil Rival 1 700c Gravel Bike may look like another flashy, Italian-made, aerodynamic steed, but it's built on the belief that we should take bikes to places we have never been before, and that we should do it with purposeful speed. This being Pinarello's introduction into gravel riding, the Grevil is a "gravel lite" bike that fully embraces off-road competence to help us get off the map, fast. The harder and faster we ride, the more we get out of the Grevil. The Grevil is built with a Toray T700 carbon layup, which is the same as what we will see on Pinarello's Prince Disk road bike. In terms of geometry, reach and stack numbers are similar to what we find on the Gan K, and Pinarello ensures greater tire clearances than that model with a wheelbase that's only about 2. 5% longer. The Grevil features a max tire size of 700 x 42c or 650b x 2. 1in, and this range helps us out in a wide variety of terrain, be it roots and rocks or dirt and gravel. Disc brakes and 12mm thru-axles make for exceptional stopping power rain or shine and no matter the terrain, and additional stiffness at the hubs allow for precise handling so we can stay on top of our ride for increased confidence. Pinarello's Fork Flap protects our disc brake calipers and improves aerodynamic performance, and the Onda Fork delivers crisp turning abilities and additional stability.
