MAVIC XA 29 BOOST WHEELSETThere's something incredibly pure about trail riding: the feeling of exploration and the satisfaction of cleaning a technical section are hard to beat. It's just you versus the terrain so you need gear that won't let you down. The XA provides versatile comfort and control thanks to a new UST welded rim that's wide (25mm internal), light and strong. It's also Tubeless Ready, so it's easy to enjoy the benefits of tubeless tires, including better control and traction along with a reduced risk of punctures. Double-butted spokes save weight without sacrificing strength or durability. We've also fine-tuned the hubs and power transfer with our TS-2 freehub, which is compatible with all axle sizes as well as XD drivetrains. The hubs are compatible with most modern standards (15x100/12x142) and can easily be converted to other options (9x100 front, 9/12x135 rear) with optional adaptors.
