Blackburn's Central 350 Micro and Click USB Light Combo is a compact yet super powerful set of lights that are perfect for the avid commuter. These lights meet the ANSI FL-1 Standard which provides consistent performance measurements for handheld lights even though bicycle lights are not required to follow this or any standard. Blackburn believes in offering full transparency in how the output, run time, water resistance and other performance claims are measured. It also has an IP Rating or Ingress protection rating that meets the IP-67 Standard which means it is totally protected against dust and grit and fully resists water from all directions. A small built-in LED light acts as a fuel gauge and indicates the battery level. When it comes time to charge, the included Micro-USB charger plugs into any USB port.
